Beyond the programs

Experiences designed forResults thatAre not forgotten

TC programs are intensive transformation experiences that go beyond individual learning. They are structured journeys, with a start date, a defined participant group, active mentoring, and a specific result guaranteed at the end. This is not theory. It is accompanied execution.

One challenge. One month.

The whole community
moving together.

Quests are collective challenges TC launches every month for the whole community. They are not courses or programs: they are missions with a specific goal, a live countdown, and real rewards for those who complete them. They create positive urgency, massive collaboration, and concrete results in 30 days.

How Quests work

The Quest is announced on the first Monday of each month with a clear goal, specific rules, and a detailed reward. Members enroll, optionally form teams inside the community, and start executing. During the month there are weekly check-ins where participants report progress. At month-end results are verified, XP and medals are distributed, and winners are celebrated on the main feed.

Programs that transform beyond the screen

The TC Foundation has its own social-impact programs where members can participate as volunteers, donors, or ambassadors. Each Foundation program is designed to take the TC mission to communities that do not have access to the platform, because transformation cannot stay only inside memberships.

  • Program 1

    Community Days

In-person events in vulnerable communities where TC volunteer members bring food, clothing, basic medical care, and guidance on available resources. They happen once a month, rotating through the states with the greatest Foundation presence.

  • Program 2

    Access scholarships

Free platform access for Latino youth from vulnerable communities selected by the Foundation. Scholars get the Pro plan at no cost for 12 months and personalized follow-up from a volunteer community mentor.

  • Program 3

    Financial Education

Free in-person and virtual workshops on basic financial education — credit, savings, debt, and first investing steps — for people who are not TC members. Taught by certified community volunteers.

  • Program 4

    Emergency Support Network

A solidarity fund fed by voluntary member contributions to support TC community families going through documented emergencies: sudden unemployment, natural disasters, unexpected medical bills, or domestic-violence situations.

The right program at theright momentchanges everything

TC programs are not for people who want to learn. They are for people who want to transform their real situation. If you are ready to commit to a serious process, with a group of equally committed people and a concrete result at the end of the path — your program is here.
